Job Description: - Assist in identify and cultivate potential investment avenues, devising business strategies and action plans to bolster the progression and augmentation of the Venture Capital fund. - Support the execution of new Venture Capital transactions by coordinating requisites, formulating and negotiating contracts, and aligning contract stipulations with business objectives. - Conduct comprehensive evaluation and due diligence processes on prospective startups and business investments, encompassing market analysis, assessment of company products and services, technological appraisal, scrutiny of business models and metrics, financial report analysis, and risk assessment. - Assist in overseeing the establishment of new venture-building enterprises and provide support to the operations team during implementation. - Aid partners in monitoring and reporting the portfolio of investment funds and their performance. - Undertake market research, industry benchmarking, and competitor analysis to facilitate investment opportunities and inform the strategy formulation process. - Analyze and assess strategic and market-based insights pertaining to industry trends, competitive risks, expansion potentials, and performance metrics. - Cultivate and sustain a network with entrepreneurs, corporate leaders, investors, and pertinent stakeholders within the startup ecosystem. - Participation in industry and Venture Capital events to remain abreast of the latest industry developments. - Undertake any other duties as and when delegated.

Requirements

Job Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Finance Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. - Preferably ACCA or other recognized accounting qualification. - Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Minimum of 5 - 6 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or related fields. - Proven track record of successful deal sourcing, execution, and portfolio management. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex business and financial information. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. - Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience leading cross-functional teams. - Knowledge of industry trends, startup ecosystem, and emerging technologies. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
