Responsibilities: • Prepare and serve a diverse range of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, beer, and wine, ensuring high-quality standards and presentation. • Engage with guests, take beverage orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences. • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment and glassware are properly sanitized and stocked. • Create unique and innovative cocktails while adhering to established recipes and standards. • Handle cash and card transactions accurately, providing guests with correct change and receipts. • Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to prevent shortages. • Uphold responsible alcohol service practices, ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests. • Collaborate with other staff members to provide excellent customer service and a seamless dining experience. Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender in a reputable establishment, with a strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and drink mixing techniques. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues. • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Knowledge of current industry trends, popular beverages, and customer preferences. • Strong attention to detail and dedication to maintaining high cleanliness and hygiene standards. • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the hotel's operation schedule. • Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification preferred.
