Safety and Security: Maintain a vigilant eye on the hotel entrance, ensuring the safety and security of guests and their belongings. 4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the front desk, concierge, and other hotel staff to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.

Requirements

Requirements: 1. Minimum Malaysia Certificate of Education (SPM). 2. Able to converse and write in English. 3. Excellent verbal communication skills and a warm, welcoming demeanor when interacting with guests. 4. Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage, stand for extended periods, and perform tasks requiring physical strength and stamina. 5. Well-groomed and professional appearance, adhering to the hotel's dress code and grooming standards. 6. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the hotel's operation schedule. 7. Familiarity with local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options is a plus.
