Job Description:- • Greets all guests and offers assistance, directs to the Reception for check-in and waits until a room has been assigned by the Guest Services Officers. • Escort guests to the assigned room and explains all the facilities in the room. • Promotes other Hotel facilities to guests. • Upon check-out, carries the baggage down to the Lobby and directs guest to the reception counter. • Loads luggage into the car, taxi; counting the pieces of luggage and confirms with guest. • Delivers messages, parcels, packages and mail to guest rooms. • Delivers morning newspapers to all guest rooms during the night shift. • Runs errands, unanswered morning calls and carries baggage on room transfer. • Assists with departure room checks. • Records all important matters and events and carries baggage on room transfers. • Works very closely with reception in relation to check-out. • To be neatly groomed at all times. • Reports to the Duty Manager all unusual circumstances occurring in the Lobby and floors areas. • Refrains from any personal conversation in the Hotel Lobby and Reception areas with other employees. • To be updated and informative on all events, activities and happenings inside as well as outside of the Hotels. • Ensures that efficient service is given at all times. • Ensures that proper recording and storage is done for all guest luggage if they are not leaving immediately. • Gives maximum cooperation to all divisions and sub-departments when required. • Performs duties common to all Rank & File staff and any other as may be assigned by Front Office Manager.

Requirements

Job Requirements: - Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, any field. - Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur - At least 1 to 2 years of work experience required in a similar position. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply too. - Candidate who is attentive to details. - Good interpersonal and communication skills.
