1. Tether existing A1 chargeman license to SUNWAY PAVING SOLUTIONS SDN BHD (EUROTILES) as required by the Malaysian Energy Commission. 2. Person in charge to renew annual Operation Fees as required by Malaysian Energy Commission. 3. Maintain a minimum order quantity for electrical spare parts (i.e relays and magnetic contactors) 4. As a competent person, it is necessary to be under alert and present for unplanned electrical and/or electronic breakdown. 5. Person in charge to keep all technical diagrams/drawings in good condition. 6. Person in charge for PLC troubleshooting, especially for SIEMENS PLCs. 7. Perform necessary preventive maintenance for all electrical and electronic system operating in EUROTILES as listed below; • 100HP compressor (main compressor) 50HP compressor (standby compressor) • 22Kw air dryer • Service Electrical room at shotblast/second process area • Service Electrical room at FLORANA Packing area • Service Electrical room at main HENKE stamping machine area • Service all control panels and control cabinets found in EUROTILES or otherwise • Service for all water pumps located at settling pond and underground well water 8. Under Malaysian Energy Commission regulation (AKTA BEKALAN ELEKTRIK 1990 & PERATURAN-PERATURAN ELEKTRIK 1994), chargeman will be responsible for maintenance, inspection and installation of electrical / electronic components / system within allowable voltage range as approved for A1 chargeman license, enclosed under company the A1 license is tethered to. 9. Person in Charge for in-house 11kv substation, the task involves, general housekeeping, periodic maintenance (i.e. electric cabinet blowdown), Person to Contact by TNB and Suruhanjaya Tenaga. 10. To perform periodic maintenance on our 55Kw diesel powered generator, with the presence of B0 chargeman. 11. As Person in charge for installation (if necessary) and maintenance of SOLAR PANELS and supporting equipment, primary task, to observe and report on peak power outputs.

Requirements

1. Candidate must possess a minimum of grade A1 license. 2. Possess not less than 3 years working experience in an environment involving operation of electrical equipment and has experiences in controlling live equipment including 1 year experience in installation and low voltage aerial line maintenance. 3. Industrial knowledge in concrete products is preferable. 4. Applicant must be willing to work in Batang Kali.
