Description
- As application support - HRIS system support personnel, you are responsible on application support for the company’s HR systems including but not limited to Employee profile, Leave, payroll, TMS and etc. - You are responsible for troubleshooting incoming issues, provide resolution and following up closely to resolve issues in time. - You have the opportunity to work closely with HR Subject matter experts and vendor to explore, improve, enhance, or new requirements to implement an efficient process or system. - You are tasked to support the development, system upgrades, system integration and report development using SQL. - You are responsible to handle and maintain data integrity including resolving issues timely.
Requirements
• A candidate from IT background, who has at least 2 - 3 years of working experience in supporting global HR applications or similar role. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply too. • A degree in IT or any related field • You should have solid skills in SQL, able to read • You must possess a good understanding of HR Functionalities, in order for you to provide recommendation and advice on business requirements • Good interpersonal and communication skills are required • We would love to have candidate who possess good analytical and problem solving skills
