Prepares financial and quarterly report, as well as variance analysis in accordance with scheduled date. 2. Processes payment for bills, claims and invoices. 3. Assist in preparation of budgets, forecast and cash flow planning. 4. Close monthly account on timely basis. 5. Liaise with auditors, tax consultants and all related governmental agencies or departments. 6. Liaise with the Leasing Department to acquire tenancy agreements for updating relevant tenancy information to system especially monthly schedule billing purposes. 7. Verify utilities meter reading and bill tenant accordingly. 8. Monitor collection of rental and other charges from tenants via telephone calls, issuance of reminders, and discussions. 9. To plan and monitor weekly and monthly cash flow and aging of the company. 10. Assist in any other ad-hoc tasks from management from time to time.

Requirements

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Finance/ Accounting or equivalent. 2. Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience. 3. Competent in writing and speaking in English and Bahasa Melayu. 4. Analytical and fine attention to detail. 5. Ability to meet tight dateline. 6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 7. Willing to be based in Sunway Big Box Retail Park, Iskandar Puteri, Johor.
