Key Responsibilities:

Creative Concept Development:

Develop, plan, and execute creative visual concepts to meet the organization’s marketing and branding needs.

Festive and Campaign Visuals:

Prepare graphic designs for all festive events and campaign-related visuals to ensure a cohesive and appealing presentation.

Printing Production and Installation:

Oversee the production of printed materials, ensuring quality and accuracy, and manage their installation in designated areas.

Safety and Compliance:

Adhere to the company’s safety protocols and guidelines at all times.

Understand and comply with the Occupational Safety & Health policy as outlined in the Sunway Staff Handbook.

Data Protection:

• Comprehend and implement all Sunway’s policies regarding personal data management.
• Ensure personal data is not disclosed to unauthorized third parties without clearance from the Information Manager or PDP Officer.
• Obtain consent from data subjects whenever collecting personal data and serve the personal data protection notice upon collection.
• Protect personal data from physical damage, unauthorized access, alteration, removal, or destruction in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Security Policy.
• Report any actual or suspected data security breaches and violations to the Information Manager promptly.

Collaboration and Support:

• Provide full cooperation to the PDP Officer during internal audits or investigations regarding personal data protection.
• Assist the Information Manager with personal data protection matters as needed.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong creativity and visual design skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in printing production and installation processes is an advantage.
• Ability to manage stock inventory and coordinate logistics efficiently.
• Familiarity with data protection policies and practices, including compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.

• The candidate should be comfortable handling multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery.
• Familiarity with mall setups or similar environments will be considered an added advantage.
