Description

· Coordinate and execute planned marketing and sales activities/campaigns to create market awareness and achieve project business plan goals · Assist in preparation of marketing collaterals (digital/physical) such as brochures, banners, videos, campaigns, etc. · Liaise with advertising agencies, media suppliers, and other external parties/vendors for marketing/advertising related services/matters and ensure quality and timely delivery · Assist in APDL application/renewal · Conduct market research · Collaborate and support matrix team members to achieve timely completion of operational tasks · Implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the Quality, Environmental, Safety & Health Management System (QESHMS). · Ensure compliance to relevant statutory requirements at all times, including QESHMS in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards, International Standards, local regulations, code of practices, and legal requirements. · Take responsibility for prevention of work-related injury and ill health. · Determine risks, opportunities and plan actions and ensure they are implemented.

Requirements

Qualification · Degree in Marketing/ Business Studies/ Real Estate Management or equivalent Experience · Minimum 2 years of related working experience in marketing preferably within property/ real estate industry · Basic knowledge on government laws and regulations of the property/ real estate · Basic knowledge on building/property specifications · Additional knowledge on property valuation would be a plus · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Positive attitude and able to thrive independently with minimal supervision · Knowledge in QESH Management, HIRARC, ESH legal & other requirements and EHS practices. Technical Skills · Proficient in MS Office
