Description

• Ensure management team provide good customer service to meet tenants’ expectations with regards to complaints • Regular liaison with service contractors to ensure that all service provided are in accordance to the agreed service level • Supervise and monitor servicing, rectification and installation works carried by external contractor and in-house maintenance team • Ensure that the building services are in good working conditions • Liaise with the Local Authority and utility companies on any related matters or issues • Implement integrated activities towards creating an environment that is free of crime and at the same time eliminate the fear of crime amongst tenants • Assist and handle the moving in of tenants • Assist Finance team on the collection of facilities rentals from the tenants • Assist Leasing team to rent out commercial units and facilities to tenants

Requirements

• Degree in Property Management/ Real Estate Management • At least 1-2 years of working experience in property management of commercial building • Presentable, resourceful and able to work efficiently and independently • Willing to do hands on job
