Job Description This position is responsible for the entire end-to end recruitment process, which includes screening, sourcing, selecting, and not limited to proactively headhunting top talent to support both our Headquarter Office and Retail Pharmacy Operations, especially the Pharmacy Professionals. Additionally, this position requires close collaboration with Hiring Managers to understand manpower needs and ensure a seamless hiring process. Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to define job requirements, specifications, and workforce planning needs. Effectively advertise job openings on various platforms, including job boards, social media, and industry-specific channels. Responsible for independently sourcing, selecting, and evaluating with various recruitment methods to attract, engage and hire potential candidates. Conduct comprehensive candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to identify the best-fit candidates. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies tailored to attract top pharmacy professionals. Proactively headhunt and engage with top pharmacy professionals, utilizing a variety of methods including cold calling. Maintain an up-to-date and robust candidate pipeline, continuously nurturing relationships with potential candidates for present and future hiring needs. Ensure timely execution of the recruitment process for selected candidates. Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or any related field. Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, preferable within the retail pharmacy or healthcare industry. Proficiency in utilizing various channels, including job boards, social media, and industry-specific platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to proactively headhunt and engage with candidates using various methods.
