Description
To supervise on daily assignment for in-patient team. To do serving for all in-patient meal efficiently and effectively daily. To ensure delivery of snack items daily to Day Care Center. To ensure delivery of snack items daily to Dialysis Center. To ensure patient meal ordering is done by using TAB system. To perform daily serving tasking at buffet line or cashiering tasking which involve monetary care, check on expiry date and ensuring all stocks ordering and top-up is done accordingly (café).
Requirements
Diploma In Hospitality Management or equivalent Minimum of 2 years related working experience in F&B or healthcare field. Food and Beverage service skill and food knowledge.
