Paperwork • To ensure audit weekly checklist and submit checklist on time. • To double check tray clearing record checklist is updated daily. • To distribute customer feedback card to in-patient during daily meal. • To ensure census is updated daily for patient meal. • To update on necessary reporting for superior to review such as sales or revenue report, cashiering related reports or operational related reports (café or special project) Operation • To do serving for all in-patient meal efficiently and effectively daily. • To ensure delivery of snack items daily to Day Care Center. • To ensure delivery of snack items daily to Dialysis Center. • To ensure Doctor Lounge food service is deliver on time scheduled and regularly check and top-up beverages and do simple clearing task for cutleries and equipment. • Ensure delivery of mineral water for ISO patients upon request. • To order in-patient disposable and beverage items from store and collection on time proceeding for storage area. • To arrange ward stocks are delivered • ·To ensure water flask and water jug is cleaned and changed water daily. • To perform daily serving tasking at buffet line or cashiering tasking which involve monetary care, check on expiry date and ensuring all stocks ordering and top-up is done accordingly (café). • To ensure cleaning task is done by ensuring all tables, chairs, plates and cutleries, machines, work area is clean and arranged neatly after each service (café). • To assist server 1 tasking. Hygiene and Food Safety • To ensure proper PPE is worn during tray line setting such as gloves, apron, hair net (tudung is allowed as to replace of hair net cover). • To ensure all ISO or tray meal is properly covered at all time. • To ensure hot food is serve hot, cold food is serve cold. • Wash hand regularly before and after meal serving or service. • Avoid touching face or other parts of body with bare hand during meal service.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements; • Minimum SPM or Diploma in hospitality management will be advantage • Fresh graduates with passion and interest are encourage to learn. • Minimum of 1 year related working experience in F&B or healthcare field. • Food serving related skill is advantage. • Good communication skills. • Have sense of responsible & reliable. • Must be customer-service orientated. • Basic Food and Beverage Service skill.
