Responsibilities: 1. Guest Experience: Provide exceptional customer service to guests by taking food and beverage orders, delivering orders accurately and promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience. 2. Menu Knowledge: Have a comprehensive understanding of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and special dietary options, to assist guests with their selections. 3. Upselling: Recommend and upsell menu items, beverages, and desserts to enhance the overall guest experience and increase sales. 4. Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other servers to ensure smooth communication and timely service, maintaining a high standard of efficiency and professionalism. 5. Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the dining area, including setting and resetting tables, cleaning surfaces, and organizing utensils and glassware. 6. Billing and Payments: Handle guest payments accurately, process credit card transactions, and provide correct change, ensuring all financial transactions are conducted with integrity.

Requirements

1. Minimum SPM or Diploma in Hotel Management 2. Previous experience as a server in a high-end restaurant or hotel is preferred, but not mandatory. Training will be provided for candidates with the right attitude and enthusiasm. 3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor when interacting with guests. 4. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, fostering teamwork and positive working relationships with colleagues. 5. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the hotel's operation schedule. 6. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift trays of food and beverages as needed.
