Description

Deliver software and hardware applications support to end users in the hospital. Involved in the Hospital Information System (HIS) implementation with Electronics Medical Record (EMR) including documentation, testing, training, and post go live support. Trainer to the Consultants (physicians) and end users. Job Description: 1. Support HIS software and hardware (computer, printer, scanner) applications issues; escalate complex issues in a timely manner to achieve/maintain user satisfaction. 2. Participate in the HIS implementation, trained to be a Trainer to Consultants (physicians) and end users. 3. Provide support on 24/7 basis for new software rollouts based on shift duties. 4. Understand and establish communication on user needs and priorities. 5. Ensure service level adherence. Requirements

Job requirements: • Graduates from: Healthcare academic background OR IT graduates with passion in hospital workflows and patient care. • Medical knowledge and clinical experience will be an advantage. • Confident and fluent in English, both written and spoken. • Able to work well under pressure. • Able to work on shift • Proficient in Excel and Word.
