What's your job scope like?
- Ensure smooth running of operations by maintaining office matters such as filing, records, and organizing outstanding documents.
- Assist in processing and handling payment and/or billings of unsold units for all projects.
- Support in e-filing via utilization of purchaser and developer filing system.
- Perform related administrative or ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
Requirements
Who are we looking for?
- Currently pursuing a Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Business Management or equivalent in any field.
- Strong organizational skills and acute attention to detail.
- Proficiency in office software applications (Microsoft Office Suite, etc.).
