Do you have an eye for events management, with a side of operations and customer insights? As a Customer Experience & Engagement Intern, you will have the chance to contribute to the growth of Sunway Property Pals+ – our exclusive program designed to enhance customer satisfaction and build meaningful relationships.

What's your job scope like?

• Collaborate with the team to set up and expand the Sunway Property Pals+ ecosystem, including Rent+, Care+, and Rewards+.
• Assist in managing partnerships with customers and vendors to ensure seamless execution of customer engagement initiatives.
• Conducting interviews with customers and collecting feedback on products, services to deliver better conveniences in the future.
• Contribute to the creation of digital solutions that enhance customer experience and engagement.
• Play an active role in organizing and hosting a variety of events, both internal and external, fostering a sense of community among our customers.
• Proposing new ideas and solutions related to growing the Sunway Property Pals+ pillars. Assist in the administrative and coordination tasks related to Sunway Property Pals+ initiatives.

Requirements

Who are we looking for?

• Candidate who possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing/Communications/Mass Comms, Psychology, Innovation/Business/Entrepreneurship/Business Administration, or Engineering/Computer Science.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal).
• Good writing and reporting skills.
• Experienced in digital media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, etc.
