• Full Spectrum of Recruitment Process, from sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing until extending the offer to successful candidate. • Support Employee Engagement activities. We want your creative ideas. • Learning & Development: get an opportunity to gain exposure in the DNA (Developing Needs Analysis), execution of DNA, and administration of the L&D. • HR processes & HRIS: coordination, collection of information, using your creativity to create educational fun video to create awareness, updating of employee information. • Get first hand insight in onboarding and offboarding. • Other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Line Manager
Requirements
• No work experience is required. • Able to work in a fast pace environment. • Fast learner & keen on learning new things. • Curious mind. • Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology.
