Join Sunway Property and be an essential part of our Project Management team, where your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will contribute to the successful execution of our projects while adhering to quality and environmental standards.
What's your job scope like?
- Execute and perform the assigned project management activities (planning & design stage, pre-construction, post-construction stage etc.) to achieve effective time, cost, quality and environmental management.
- Assist and consult line managers and colleagues to ensure timely completion of functional and operational tasks such as conducting research, data analysis, and preparing reports.
- Implement and execute guideline and Standard Operating Procedures to ensure all projects and processes are compliance to Quality, Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
- Liaise and coordinate with contractors and consultants on progression of work to make sure assigned project achieve effective time, cost, quality and environmental management.
Requirements
Who are we looking for?
- Candidates pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural, Construction Science, Project Management, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to learn and proactive.
