What's your job scope like? • Support the Tenancy Management Officer in daily operations of the properties. • Aid in maintenance requests, ensuring prompt response and resolution. Assist in addressing tenants' or owners' complains and queries while providing effective solutions. • Maintain accurate records of property-related information with a well-organized filing system for easy retrieval of information. • Assist in managing billing information by preparing invoices and issue official receipts. • Monitor and respond to general emails received within the management office. • Handle ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Candidates pursuing a Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Bachelor Degree or equivalent in any field. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn about property management operations.
