Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate closely with the Senior Manager to identify and evaluate potential special project opportunities within the Facilities Management sector. - Utilize your engineering background to analyze technical aspects of projects, ensuring alignment with our project goals and objectives. - Conduct market research and gather industry insights to support strategic decision-making for special projects. - Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and proposals for clients and stakeholders, focusing on special project requirements. - Assist in the development of strategies for special projects, including identifying new markets, clients, and partnerships. - Support the Senior Manager in building and maintaining relationships with key clients, suppliers, and partners for special projects. - Coordinate and facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables for special projects are met. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes that impact the Facilities Management sector and special projects.

Requirements
