What's your job scope like?

• Collaborate with the team to facilitate the tendering process, from document preparation to final submission in adherence to SOP.
• Assist in maintaining accurate records of certifications and relevant supporting information i.e. approval, instructions etc. 
• Support the costing process by performing take-offs for accurate estimation, calling and evaluating quotations.
• Assist in the evaluation and certification process of Variation Orders, including associated instructions.
• Manage the status of various contractual documents, including LA (Letter of Acceptance), RFV (Request for Variation), EOT (Extension of Time), CPC (Certificate of Practical Completion), CCC (Certificate of Completion and Compliance), and FA (Final Account).
• Play a role in reconciling project costs and final contractual requirements and maintain an organized record of issuance and tracking for each document type.

Requirements

Who are we looking for?

• Candidates pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Business, Supply Chain Management or any relevant field.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
