Join Sunway REIT as a Sustainability intern and assist us in promoting green initiatives across our real estate portfolio. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sustainable practices while working alongside industry experts.

What's your job scope like?

• Gather and analyze data related to ongoing sustainability initiatives.
• Assist in preparing reports that support Sunway REIT's Sustainability Report, with a focus on measurable environmental impact.
• Assist in the preparation and compilation of documentation for green building certifications and submissions.
• Coordinating and communicating with external green building consultants to gather input and ensure alignment with certification requirements.
• Conducting research on sustainable building materials, energy-efficient technologies, and best practices in green construction.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to sustainability initiatives, including project progress, key milestones, and outcomes.
• Supporting the Sustainability Department in various ad-hoc tasks as needed, which may include attending meetings, preparing presentation materials, and assisting with event coordination.

Requirements

Who are we looking for?

• Candidates pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Green Building, Business Management, Data Analytics or any related fields. 
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
