Job Highlights - Competitive salary & benefit packages - Employee recognition & Career development - Health insurance coverages Roles & Responsibilities: - Attends to repairs and maintenance of all systems and related equipment including but not limited to heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning. - Carries out general repair, painting, toiletry fitting, and plumbing works according to standard. - Troubleshoots and undertakes hands-on repair work for any issues relating to building structure promptly. - Carries out meter readings to maintain records for utility costs throughout the building, including those of tenants. - Performs general and emergency repairs and maintenance to all plant and equipment within an acceptable timeframe. - Conducts regular and documented inspections of plant and equipment as per the checklist and statutory requirements. - Ensures Fire and Engineering safety features operate optimally and familiarize self with emergency procedures. - Monitors energy and water management systems to minimize wastage and costs using utility readings as a reference point. - Coordinates repair works with suppliers and/or contractors on site. - Ensures that all workshop tools and equipment are well stocked and maintained. - Provides support to the Marketing department during festive seasons and setup of displays or decorations. - To perform any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Requirements

- Minimum Diploma / Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, SPM, and recognized trade qualification. - Competent in writing and communicating in English and Bahasa Melayu. - Competence in vernacular languages would be an added advantage. - Possesses technical and problem-solving abilities. - Strong understanding of preventive maintenance and knowledge of relevant legislation (building codes, fire safety, and country standards). - Sound information system knowledge. - Fine attention to detail and quality. - Demonstrates ability to work in a team.
