Plan, organize and approve engineering activities. Perform engineering reviews on vendor documentation to ensure compliance and completeness in technical scope Perform all hotel operation requirements and recordings of activities and ensure system is working efficiently. To lead the team and plan for annual maintenance execution work and complete on time. Roles & responsibilities: List the primary duties and responsibilities in order of importance Ad hoc duties as determined by senior management Prepare budget and costing Ensures maintenance activities are carried out according to department SOP Ensure that, electrical, heating and plumbing systems perform at optimum functionality. Attend Safety & Health meetings and periodically organize Fire Drills / Evacuation Exercises Ensure that all relevant required maintenance contract is reviewed and renewed on time. Describe the end results or output areas that are expected of the job Project management skills to keep projects, processes, and the entire engineering team on track. Ensure KPI's targets are achieved. Coordinate with all operating units. Maintain adequate stock levels of material, parts and equipment within budget limitation Direct and oversee the functionality, aesthetic and safety of the facility, including, but not limited to, physical buildings, mechanical equipment, electrical systems, heating and cooling systems, lift safety systems and grounds according to federal, state and local regulations.
Skills & experience: Qualifications State the minimum qualifications required to successfully perform the job. Qualifications include: • Education At least Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Maintenance & etc) or Higher Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical and other building systems Skill(s): Troubleshooting & modification skills, Supervisory skills, Communication & Leadership skills, Computer Knowledge. • Specialized knowledge Conduct maintenance of electrical systems Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality Inspect alarm systems, fire protection and quickly schedule repairs when needed Support the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary Using knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices • Professional certification Diploma in technical / vocational school or building maintenance technology Experience State the areas, type and/or the minimum amount of working experience required Experience in manpower management Minimum 5 years working experience as operation technician Able to work with all system in hotel. Responsible for the building of sustainability mindset and awareness, including updates on internal portal, awareness blasts, and campaigns/projects with targeted outcomes Skills List functional and behavioral competencies required for the job, including: Technical skills Troubleshoot and repair mechanical or electrical facility in the building Conduct internal training programs Monitor and review all contracts with contractors, suppliers, and consultants for building maintenance and other related works.
