Manages the overall operational concerns of the mall including its physical management, M&E, safety and security, housekeeping, car park, and overseeing building maintenance. 2. Provide leadership to operational staff in the mall to achieve optimum performance & efficiency. 3. Ensure all compliance agreements in place with suppliers and with business partners. 4. Responsible in departments budget preparation and cost efficiency management. 5. Assist in development of mall operating and business plan and recommends operation plans of action to accomplish objectives. 6. Maintain a responsive communication with tenants. 7. Inspects the interior and exterior of the building on a regular basis and follow up on deficiencies noted. 8. Responsible to implement Shopping Mall Operating Procedures and Cleanliness Policy & Procedures. 9. Maintain property by investigating and resolving Tenant’s complaints; enforcing rules and escalating issues and problems to senior management when necessary. 10. Management of the staff recruitment, selection, training/ development and succession planning. 11. In running of mall operations, to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines of authorities and government bodies.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS 1. Minimum Bachelor Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. 2. Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience. 3. Experienced in M&E background and Retail Operations would be an added advantage. 4. Competent in writing and speaking in English and Bahasa Melayu. 5. Analytical and fine attention to detail. 6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 7. Willing to be based in Sunway Big Box Retail Park, Iskandar Puteri, Johor.
