1. To drive and implement Project Management Strategies to achieve effective time, cost, quality and environmental management. 2. To consult and cooperate with HOD, Senior Managers, UPCM as well as Authorities to ensure timely completion of functional and operational tasks. 3. To direct, supervise and develop Assistant Manager and Senior Executives’ capabilities to ensure productive and effective project Management team manpower plans. 4. To monitor and control guidelines, best practices, SOPs and related legislations to ensure compliance with the company standards and its effectiveness. 5. To ensure compliance to Quality and Environmental Management systems at respective project sites. 6. To monitor and advise contractors as well as consultants’ work progress to ensure effective time, cost, quality and environmental management outcome. 7. To manage and supervise executives as well as talents to ensure the readiness of talents for succession and maintain leadership pipeline. 8. Implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the Quality, Environmental, Safety & Health Management System (QESHMS). 9. Ensure compliance to relevant statutory requirements at all times, including QESHMS in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards, International Standards, local regulations, code of practices, and legal requirements. 10. Take responsibility for prevention of work-related injury and ill health. 11. Determine risks, opportunities and plan actions and ensure they are implemented.

Requirements

1. Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Building Science or related discipline. 2. Minimum 8 – 10 years of experience, with minimally 3-5 years of managerial capacity in the construction management or Project Management 3. Possess knowledge and/or familiar with Quality & Environmental Management System, Schedule Waste Management, Environmental Aspect Impact and Environmental Legal & Other Requirement.
