Job Responsibilities: - To market, expand and grow the internal business of Digital Hub, encompassing the management of IT Services to key Business Units (BUs) under Sunway Group and other private companies within the Sunway Group. - Responsible in driving annual business plan targets on rolling in of customers, new services and revenue targets. - Provide fast turnaround time on business opportunities and Service Proposals requested by customers. Responsible for liaison between Digital Hub and Business Units - Handle Service Level Agreements of existing and new customers. - To continuously engage Business units to strengthen relations and enhance customer experience with Digital Hub. - Establish standards and mechanisms to continuously monitor the quality of IT services. - To lead and explore opportunities of internal process improvements. Requirements

- Candidate must possess experiences in Service Management or Service Delivery. - Strong people and communication skills. - Exceptional customer-facing skills and expertise in people management. - Candidate with Microsoft Excel or Process Improvement Skills have an added advantage. - Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Sunway. - Full-Time position.
