Description

- Assist with preparing purchase orders, entering item data into the system, comparing quotations, and following up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of stocks. - Maintain accurate records of purchases, quotations/sources, suppliers' information, and documentation. - Receive sales orders from the marketing department and allocate stock accordingly. - Monitor product sales, address stock shortages and underperforming products, and recommend the next course of action. - Verify that product sizes and colors match the placed purchase orders. Manage replacement product requests and update product price tags. - Provide support for both regular and spontaneous tasks.

Requirements

- Candidate must have at least SPM/STPM. - Minimum one year experience in purchasing field. - Good communication skills, non verbal and verbal. - Able to work independently.
