Key responsibilities include:

• Lead the design and implementation of our educational programs, ensuring they align with our centre’s standards.
• Mentor staff to promote holistic child development and build a safe, welcoming atmosphere.
• Develop and support innovative teaching approaches and resources to enhance learning.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including teacher attendance and student enrollment.
• Coordinate staff development activities and promote the well-being of all team members.
• Foster positive relationships with parents and maintain effective communication.
• Ensure our centre remains clean, tidy, and safe.
• Cultivate a collaborative and motivated team culture with strong, trusting relationships.
• Efficiently plan and manage staff schedules and manpower needs.
• Perform any other tasks necessary for the centre's success.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree/master's in early childhood education, Child Development, Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in early childhood education, with leadership or management role.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Strong understanding of early childhood development and educational best practices.
