Job Description The receiving Clerk is responsible to the Cost Controller. Basic responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operation of all receiving and stores in the hotel, proper recording, and merchandise entering and leaving the hotel and assist the storekeeper in the store. Job Duties: - Responsible for receiving all items (namely Food & Beverage, general supplies, operating equipment’s, furniture, fitting & equipment’s) ordered by Purchasing Department. - Physically conduct checks on qualities and quantities if items received. - Checks invoices, delivery orders against market lists to ascertain correct pricing, quantity ordered when receiving food items. Update market lists of food items received. Maintain proper licensing of food stocks items. - Prepare daily food & beverage and others receiving records summary for various accounts section for their follow-up. - Check and ensure Policy, Procedures and Hygiene on receiving / deliveries of food / beverages items and other supplies from vendor at loading bay. - Ensure the loading bay is properly washed and sanitized twice a day on a daily basis scrubbing done periodically.

Requirements

Job Requirements: - Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field. -Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Sunway. - At least 1 to 2 years of work experience required in a similar position. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply too. - Candidate who is attentive to details. -Good interpersonal and communication skills are required.
