Organize, execute and implement Sales and Marketing activities to achieve the budgeted sales targets Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and drive Sales and marketing efforts, including identifying potential customers, projects, initiate customer visits, perform sites visits, prepare sales reports, quotations and follow up & engage in negotiations with customers. 2. Promote products to contractors, distributors, developers and consultants and government bodies SPAN, IWK, JPP, contractors. 3. Keep abreast with competitors’ activities, service distributors, expand existing and new networks for maximum coverage 4. Adapt and work in a very competitive environment and meet targets. 5. Search for new customers who might benefit from the company's sewerage solutions and services and maximizing customers' potential by demonstrating how the range of products meet the customers' needs. 6. Plan, develop and expand the local market by specifying the company's range of products through presentation to existing and prospective customers( i.e. developers, architects, local councils, government bodies SPAN, JPP, IWK, JKR, contractors, etc) 7. Provide pre-sales consultation, products education and after sales support services to the customers to ensure customers needs are met satisfactorily in the shortest time. 8. Monitor and collect payments from customers after products have been delivered to ensure the collection period is in accordance to the credit terms. 9. Build long term partnership with key customers through networking to ensure there are business sustainability and customers' satisfaction level is high. 10.Support sales & marketing activities by attending exhibitions, trade show, conferences and other sales and marketing events. 11. Prepare and submit sales report and forecast report weekly and monthly to the management and perform market analysis in order to support the business planning exercise. 12. Any assignment assigned by management from time to time.
Preferable a Degree Holder in Bus Admin/Civil Engineering or experience in sales of building materials Minimum two years experience in sales & marketing preferably in building materials Good selling and communication skills, Interact with consultants, developers, government bodies, contractors, distributors.
