Description

- Plan, organize and control security manning, security operations, safeguard premises, assets and employees against risk from unauthorized entry, theft, vandalism, fire and opportunities for criminal activities. - Monitor the effectiveness related safety & security systems installed to ensure compliance to security and loss preventive policy. - Manage physical protection as per the organization standard and policy. - Manage all security related matters such as guards, CCTV, alarm system, clocking system and access control. - Conduct timely investigation against breach of security, design and conduct training for security personnel. - Ensure monthly inspection on emergency staircase, lighting and pump serviceability. - Conduct security vetting to all staff when necessary. Produce intelligence in support to Human Recourses Department to prevent disruption of business. - Plan and prepared escort activities on required and assignment. - Attend to all grievances matter address by subordinate staff, client. - Conduct timely investigation against breach of security, design and conduct training for security personnel. - To attend all meeting and safety & security related issues during the absent of the Safety & Security Manager. - Assist to prepare Safety & Security Department’s monthly reports.

Requirements

- Possess minimum SPM qualification. - Minimum 1 year working experience in security field or relevant industry. - Basic computer skills - Baisc written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. - Responsible, reliable, discipline and committed.
