We are seeking for a Security Operations Executive who will be responsible for security operations located at Menara Sunway. OS Guard Standards Management - Assist in the development of a working team to work on the standards enforcement on the OS guard’s quality. - Will need to ensure together with the working team that policies, standards and proper paperwork are done. - Expected to travel to site to conduct reviews/ spot-checks. - Development of a minimum standard requirements and present it to the management. 2. Security Assessment for Security Managed Buildings/ Sites/ Townships and To Implement the Recommendations - To work with the relevant manager to conduct the security situation assessment and report to management for review and further actions. - To ensure that the approved recommendations are conducted and it is reported to management the outcome. - Expected to travel to site to conduct the assessment. 3. Township Traffic Management - To learn, understand, assess and review the current traffic management style in the township. - Work with the township manager to implement plans to manage the township traffic more effectively during normal working days and event days. - Expected to work with various stakeholders within the township (BU, externals). - To ensure that tools and equipment are prepared accordingly for the team.

Requirements

- Min Diploma/ Cert/ Degree in any field. - Proficient in Microsoft Office. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Relevant certifications (e.g., CPP, CISSP) are a plus. - Willing to travel. - Passion in driving change management. - Have a habit of making sure things are followed through.
