Job Responsibilities: • Assist Competitive Bid and Award Tender on Time • Minimise Value of Variation Order / Extension of Time and ensure the completion of Final Account • Evaluate the contractor's bid and advise on the competitiveness of price and to monitor the cost of major cost elements • Exercise timely and accurate completion of final account • Lead a team of consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver the project's base on time cost and quality, environmental, safety and health compliance

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Technology, and other relevant fields • Minimum 5 years working experience in the related field • Experience in a consultancy firm or property developer managing property investment project is an added advantage • Able to work under pressure and ability to deliver assignments within the committed dateline • Possess good leadership skills to be able to lead and manage a team of consultants to achieve desired results • Strong communication skills and ability to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English • Ability to communicate in Mandarin/Cantonese dialect(s) will be an added advantage
