Description

1)                 Plan and sell tour packages, air tickets, transportations, accommodations, insurance and other travel services 

2)                 To prepare proposal and costing for FIT/GIT/MICE packages and ensure price offered are competitive. 

3)                 Follow up with client on the proposal/quotation submitted to understand their changing needs and convert to sales eventually. 

4)                 To handle email, telephone and walk-in enquiries on tour programs. 

5)                 To process bookings and ensure bookings are done in timely manner and all information has communicated to tour operator correctly 

6)                 To render support to colleagues from other departments on any tour, hotel, transfers or other related matters. 

7)                 To negotiate with operators and suppliers for best competitive rates 

8)                 To attend travel related workshops/seminar whenever you are assigned. 

9)                 To create a good rapport with all airline personnel to facilitate work flow. (Filing for seats requirements and securing group seats when necessary). 

10)             To ensure P & L is correct for every invoice issue 

11)             To handle 24/7 on call duty.(Rotation Basis)

Requirements

·        At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field.

·        Familiar in GDS system (Amadeus).

·        Fluent both spoken & written English & Chinese. Knowledge of other languages will be an added advantage.

·        Willing to travel & possess own transport.·
