Assist the Exec Chef in conducting weekly inspections of kitchen and restaurant with minute follow-ups Reports To planning menu, co-ordination and supervision of all menu implementations Tracked and reported any food waste and assisted in food preparation assignments during the off-peak period as needed. Handle customer comments and complaints and take swift corrective action after consultation with the EAM Food and Beverage and department head concerned. To assist in managing cost control to avoid wastages. Assist the Executive Chef in constantly finding ways to further improve the Food cost. Be monitor kitchen manpower manning schedule. He needs to be profitability and cost conscious and needs to be responsible about the daily requisition of all food goods. Food Costing & Manning Budget.
Minimum Qualification Diploma in Hospitality & Certificate in culinary arts . Candidate with working experience in hospital industry will be an added advantage. Minimum of 15 years in related working experience in F&B or healthcare industry at the chef level. Willing to work shift including weekend and Public Holiday.
