1. Verify bank in slip for daily seasonal collections
2. Verify the LPR seasonal parking collection reconciliation file and liaise with vendor/ bank officer if the bank in amount is incorrect.
3. Verify seasonal parking application and assign the correct seasonal package to the season parker.
4. Handles new applications, inquiries, renewals, card activations, and termination of car park season passes.
5. Prepare billing schedule and issue billing in Yardi system.
6. Prepare salary deduction listing and liaise with group payroll on salary deduction on monthly seasonal parking fee for Sunway staff.
7. Verify the float book and prepare reimbursement for refund of deposit or parking fee.
8. Review aging and follow up on amount owing by card holder / Tenant / Company.
9. Supervises assistants under the season pass team and trains new staff in handling basic customer inquiries, feedback, or complaints.
10. Ensure accuracy and completeness of Seasonal Pass information in Car Park Systems and Master listing.
11. Execute season parking collection reconciliation robot and rectify robot errors (if any)
12. Handles any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
13. To adhere to the company's safety protocols and guidelines at all times, and to understand and strictly comply with the Occupational Safety & Health policy outlined in the Sunway Staff Handbook
14. Understands and applies all policies implemented by Sunway to any personal data received, used, transmitted, processed, or stored.
15. Ensures that personal data is not disclosed to any unauthorized third party without obtaining clearance from the Information Manager, or the PDP Officer.
16. Complies with all Sunway policies in relation to the Act and assists the Information Manager in any personal data protection matters.
17. Ensures that consent is obtained from the data subjects whenever personal data is collected and the personal data protection notice is always served to the data subjects upon collection of their personal data.
18. Reports any enquiries/complaints in relation to personal data and data security breach incidents to the Information Manager immediately.
19. Ensures that all personal data is protected from any physical damage and from any unauthorized access, alteration, removal, or destruction according to the Personal Data Protection Security Policy.
20. Reports any actual or suspected data security breach and violations to the Information Manager as soon as possible.
21. Provides full co-operation to the PDP Officer upon an internal audit or investigation.

Requirements

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Studies/Administration/ Management, Commerce, Economics, or equivalent.
2. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
3. Proficient administrative/organizational skills.
4. Analytical with fine attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Possesses intermediate to advanced level of skills in Microsoft application programs (especially in Microsoft Excel) and accounting system.
