Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks and repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems to ensure the hotel's facilities are operating efficiently and safely. 2. Troubleshooting: Diagnose issues, identify root causes of equipment malfunctions, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner, minimizing downtime and disruptions. 3. Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain various technical equipment, including heating and cooling systems, generators, elevators, and fire alarm systems, ensuring their proper functioning. 4. Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections, follow preventive maintenance schedules, and keep accurate records of maintenance activities to prevent future issues and extend the lifespan of equipment. 5. Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself, colleagues, and guests. Participate in safety training programs as required. 6. Collaboration: Coordinate with other hotel departments to address technical concerns, collaborate on projects, and provide technical support as needed.

Requirements

1. Proven experience as a technician, preferably in a hotel or similar environment. Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems is essential. 2. Relevant technical certifications and licenses are desirable. Training in equipment operation and safety protocols is advantageous. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively. 4. Keen attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring the highest quality of workmanship. 5. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the hotel's operation schedule. 6. Ability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and perform tasks requiring physical strength and stamina. 7. Good communication skills to interact professionally with colleagues and report maintenance findings and progress accurately.
