What’s your job like? - To be responsible for smooth handling of incoming and outgoing calls via the switchboard and providing prompt and courteous communication service to all our residents - To answer all in-coming and out-going calls in a professional manner and to practice Standard Answering Phrase - Respond to the general enquiries from customers confidently pertaining to Sunway Sanctuary services and facilities. - Handle irate callers professionally and courteously by helping them to resolve their issue or redirecting the calls to correct person or department.

Requirements

Who are we looking for? - Possess at least SPM certification. - Willing to work 3 shift including public holiday - Multiple language skills are preferred. - Able to work under pressure. - Minimum 1 year experience. Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply as well
