Job Description:

To be responsible for smooth handling of incoming and outgoing calls
To answer all in-coming and out-going calls in a professional manner and to practice Standard Answering Phrase
To assist patient, make appointment through Arcus (hospital information system)
Handle irate callers professionally and courteously by helping them to resolve their issue or redirecting the calls to correct person or department
Any other adhoc jobs may be assigned from time to time

Requirements

Job Requirement:

Possess at least SPM certification
Minimum 1 year experience
Telecommunication background is an added advantage
Good command in English
Able to work 6 days a week including weekends/PH
MUST Willing to work on shift schedule basis (3-shifts) / Public Holidays / Weekends
