SUPER Avatar Academy is seeking a like-minded Marketing Content Creator (education) to join our team. This role is key to our mission of empowering children through emotional intelligence (EQ). You’ll craft engaging content that turns our classroom impact into stories parents love—and drives real enrollment growth.

What You’ll Do

• Create high-impact content: Plan, script, shoot, and edit short-form videos (Reels/Shorts), carousels, and stories that showcase our EQ coaching, kids’ progress, and parent transformations.
   
• Own the content calendar: Map weekly/monthly content around campaigns, launches, classes, and events; keep production on track.
   
• Write to convert: Draft hooks, captions, emails, landing pages, and ad copy in clear English and Mandarin.
   
• Turn insights into ideas: Interview coaches/parents, capture authentic testimonials, and translate classroom moments into relatable narratives.
   
• Design with intent: Build on-brand visuals in Canva; maintain consistent brand voice and look across platforms.
   
• Publish & optimise: Post across IG/FB/YouTube; track performance, iterate hooks, thumbnails, and CTAs for higher reach and enquiries.
   
• Support growth campaigns: Prepare creative assets for ads, workshops, open days, and seasonal programs; coordinate with the team to meet KPIs.
   
• Keep the library tidy: Organise footage, templates, and content assets for fast reuse, repurpose and scaling.
   

You’ll Thrive If You Have

• 1–3 years’ experience in content creation, social media, or video editing (agency/education).
   
• Strong short-form video skills (mobile shooting + CapCut/Premiere) and Canva proficiency.
   
• A sharp sense for hooks, storytelling, and parent-friendly messaging.
   
• Basic analytics know-how (FB/IG/YouTube metrics); comfortable testing and learning fast.
   
• Excellent organisational habits and the ability to ship on tight timelines.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, Education, Psychology or related field.
   
• Fluent in English & Mandarin (writing + speaking).
   
• 1–3 years’ content creation/social media/video editing experience (agency/start-up/education a plus).
   
• Proven short-form video skills: planning, filming (mobile OK), and editing (CapCut/Premiere).
   
• Design savvy with Canva (basic layout, typography, thumbnails, carousels).
   
• Strong copywriting for hooks, captions, emails, and simple landing pages—parent-friendly and conversion-minded.
   
• Comfortable with IG/FB/YouTube publishing, analytics, and iterative optimisation (A/B hooks, thumbnails, CTAs).
   
• Organised and fast: can run a content calendar, meet timelines, and manage an asset library.
   
• Hungry to LEARN & GROW, open to feedback, proactive problem-solver.
   
• Passionate about education & kids—able to translate classroom impact into stories parents love.
