Job Description

• Develop compelling storylines that resonate with diverse audiences and bring our concepts to life.
• Design innovative puzzles with varying levels of difficulty, challenging and delighting players.
• Create immersive experiences for high-profile events in collaboration with partners such as TGV, Petrosains, Great Eastern, Sony, and more.
• Communicate game mechanics and concepts effectively through sketches, 3D models, and clear documentation or presentations.
• Draft and update specifications and design details that align with the vision and ensure the highest quality of the immersive experience.
• Support the Franchise Manager in coordinating puzzle-related matters with international outlets.
• Proactively enhance the design process by introducing new tools, ideas, and methods to streamline ideation and production.
• Conduct user testing, collect and analyze customer behavior data, and apply improvements to elevate the player experience.
• Balance multiple tasks and projects, adapting quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Experience Design and team members across various functions, including graphic design, props design, engineering, and marketing, to brainstorm and deliver creative, on-brand content.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Art/Game Design/Interior Design or any related field
• Create new storylines, experiences, puzzles, and different unique concept
• Documents all the work
• Ability to sketch and 3D design to illustrate your unique idea
• Ability to prioritize and organize own work to meet given deadlines
• Ability to multi-task and work independently
• Creative in problem-solving
• Good command in English and communication skill
• Good understanding of tasks given
• Engaging personality, great sense of humor, willingness to have fun!
• Proficient in Sketchup, Maya, Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat, or equivalent will be a plus point
• Electronic knowledge and ability to write coding will be a plus point
