Department: Brand Experience & Marketing team.
This is a unique opportunity to gain real-world experience in performance marketing, content creation, and social media engagement while working with a fast-paced, fun, and growing experiential brand.
What You’ll Learn & Do:
- Digital Ads & Customer Journey
Learn to set up and manage Facebook and Instagram ads by understanding different ad objectives, audiences, and placements aligned with the customer journey. - Content Creation & Execution
Assist in creating engaging content for social media, from brainstorming ideas to filming, editing, and occasionally being in front of the camera. - Social Media Community Management
Actively monitor comments and messages across our platforms. Engage with our audience on our own channels and selected external pages to maintain brand presence and community rapport. - Trendspotting & Idea Contribution
Stay updated on social trends and propose fresh, creative ideas that align with our brand tone and campaign objectives.
Job Requirements
Who are we looking for?
- Digital marketing or general marketing knowledge is a must
- Enthusiastic about branding, marketing, and content
- Comfortable using social media platforms (especially Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
- Creative, confident, and open to being on camera when needed
- Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn
- Basic video editing or Canva/design skills is a plus
