Retail Sales Consultant – Massage Chair Showroom ( On Ground )

We are looking for a friendly, confident, and sales-driven Retail Sales Consultant to join our massage chair retail team.

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys meeting people, explaining products, and helping customers find the right massage chair for their lifestyle and wellness needs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers in the showroom
• Understand customer needs, body concerns, budget, and lifestyle
• Introduce suitable massage chair models and product benefits
• Demonstrate massage chair features and guide customers during product trials
• Explain promotions, payment plans, warranties, and after-sales services
• Follow up with potential customers through WhatsApp, phone calls, or messages
• Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain good customer relationships and provide after-sales support
• Ensure showroom cleanliness, product display, and brand image are well maintained
• Support roadshows, mall events, and promotional activities when required
• Update customer details, sales records, and daily reports accurately

Job Requirements

• Entry-level candidates are welcome — no experience also can, as long as you are willing to learn
• No diploma or degree required — we don’t check your scroll, we check your attitude
• Pleasant personality and good communication skills — must be okay to talk to humans, not only phone
• Passionate in sales and customer service — like to help people choose the right product
• Confident to approach and engage with customers — don’t worry, we won’t ask you to shout like pasar malam
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn — come on time, smile nicely, learn slowly also okay
• Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and retail hours — because customers like to shop when we like to rest
• Able to speak English, Bahasa Malaysia, or Mandarin — rojak language also can, as long as customer understands
• Retail sales experience is an advantage, but not a must — we can train you
• Experience in massage chair, furniture, electrical appliances, wellness, beauty, or luxury products is a bonus
• Training will be provided — you won’t be thrown into the showroom like a lost sheep
