We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Senior Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to our Co-founders. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and contribute to strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is analytical, a problem-solver, and a self-starter who is ready to take on challenges with enthusiasm. Candidates with a creative background ,exceptional organizational skills are encouraged to apply. Experience with Project Management is a plus.

P.S. Our office includes a small, extremely friendly, and cuddly dog. Candidates must be comfortable working in a pet-friendly environment.

Job Requirements

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Able to create good presentation decks for sales pitch (a good mix of design and strategic thinking)
• Problem-solving: Tackle unexpected challenges with creativity and a solutions diven mind
• Understanding of software as a service is extra extra bonus 
• Manage confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism 

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in project coordinator and background in sales is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Point, Google Slides, Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and independently.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
