You will take the Builder role, turning concepts into detailed, build-ready designs and repeatable solutions for our renovation projects, from moodboard to handover.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Design & Concept

• Develop clear concept boards, layouts, and 3D visuals that reflect client needs and practical construction methods.
• Select materials, finishes, and fixtures with cost and maintenance in mind while preserving the design intent.

Project Delivery

• Prepare detailed working drawings, specification packs, and schedules for contractors and suppliers.
• Manage project timelines, monitor budgets, and update documentation through to handover.

Client & Site Coordination

• Present design proposals and revisions to clients, ensuring expectations are clear and agreed before work begins.
• Conduct regular site visits to resolve on-site queries and ensure the design is executed as intended.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of practical interior design experience, ideally with renovation or fit-out projects and measurable delivery responsibility.
• Portfolio required, showing concept development, technical drawings, and completed renovation projects.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp, with experience producing construction drawings and plans.
• Skilled in 3D rendering and visualization tools and comfortable preparing presentation materials.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture specification, and basic building and M&E coordination for renovations.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Clear communicator with strong client-facing skills and the ability to explain technical details simply.
• Detail oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple projects and tight timelines.
• Collaborative attitude, ready to work closely with contractors, suppliers, and a small in-house team.
