Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Project Management

• Plan daily site activities, track progress against schedules, and update supervisors on milestones and delays.
• Coordinate material deliveries and ensure resources are available to meet planned work sequences.

Site Safety & Quality

• Maintain safe work practices, perform routine safety checks, and ensure workmanship meets agreed specifications.
• Inspect completed work, raise nonconformance issues, and follow up until quality standards are met.

Team & Stakeholder Coordination

• Supervise subcontractors and on-site crews, assign tasks clearly, and keep communication channels open throughout each project.
• Liaise with clients and suppliers to manage expectations and resolve on-site queries quickly.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction or renovation site supervision, preferrably on residential or small commercial projects.
• Basic trade knowledge or technical certificate is preferred, and CIDB or relevant safety training is an advantage.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Ability to read basic drawings and site layouts, with practical knowledge of common construction materials and methods.
• Competent in schedule tracking, basic measurement and estimation, and using MS Office for reporting.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Clear communicator who can direct teams and explain tasks simply to workers and subcontractors.
• Organised, punctual, and calm under pressure with a focus on solving problems that keep the project moving.

Skills
