About the job

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Process purchase invoices and ensure payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.
• Closely collaborate with cross functional team such as business user, suppliers, procurement, GPO, master data team, OTC, RTR and IT to effectively and efficient in resolving daily invoice processing issue and driving higher level of customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, support company mission and value, meet KPI target.
• Sense of urgency and manage to report risk or issue effectively
• Effectively manage and prioritize tasks efficiency and able to complete assigned tasks as per schedule
• Good communication and effectively handling customer/supplier query on professional & timely manner
• Handle AP ledger reconciliation and audit request support
• Identify process improvement area and propose the idea
• Support ad hoc tasks and projects

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

• Degree in Finance & Accounting or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role and solid understanding of accounts payable principles
• Fluent in English and Thai language (reading, writing and speaking)
• Excellent communication, highly self-driven and results oriented
• Data entry skills along with a passion for working with numbers
• Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and standard software tools
• Proficiency in MS Office and ideally knowledge in SAP
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail, good analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
• “Getting things done” and service orientated attitude combined with the ability to communicate and explain procedures and solution proposals to partners
• Continuous improvement mindset, strong process orientation and a solution orientated work approach
