About the job

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Deliver full‑scope management and financial reporting, including standardized and ad‑hoc reports, commentary, and deep‑dive analysis to support cluster, functional, and corporate stakeholders.
• Take full ownership of Budget and Rolling Forecast (RFC) activities within scope, in line with controlling guidelines.
• Partner closely with local cluster, corporate, and functional controllers, providing interpretation of figures and actionable insights.
• Ensure high data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting, proactively identifying and implementing improvements.
• Initiate and develop new reports, analyses, and reporting enhancements in response to evolving business needs.
• Support monthly reporting cycles, including MEC verification and audit activities as required.
• Drive and support Lean and continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization and documentation updates (DTP).
• Act as a senior team contributor, providing guidance, knowledge sharing, and backup support within the GBS / Controlling team

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in controlling, financial reporting, or finance operations (preferably within Shared Service environment)
• Degree/ Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• ACCA / CIMA / CPA (completed or in progress) is an advantage
• Strong experience in financial accounting, management reporting, and controlling
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English
• Advanced MS Excel skills and strong MS Office proficiency
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems
• Advanced knowledge of SAP, Analysis for Office, and/or Power BI is an advantage
• Experience in process improvements is highly desirable
